Contruent, a Naperville-based SaaS provider of lifecycle cost management solutions, has acquired ProcureWare, a cloud-based e-procurement solution formerly owned by Bentley Systems. The acquisition—an add-on to Contruent's product suite while the company is PE-backed by M33 Growth—expands Contruent's procurement capabilities and integrates ProcureWare's vendor, bid, and contract management features into its end-to-end cost management offering.
