Access4 has acquired Channel UC to extend its cloud communications and contact-centre capabilities, integrating Channel UC's omnichannel CCaaS, AI development, professional services and SBCaaS into Access4's SASBOSS platform. The 22-person Channel UC team will join Access4 leadership to accelerate product integration and expand partner and customer support across Australia and New Zealand.
