H.I.G. Infrastructure, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has completed the acquisition of Best Trash, LLC, a Richmond, Texas–based municipal solid waste and residential recycling platform. The transaction represents an exit for Amberjack Capital Partners, and H.I.G. said it will support Best Trash's next phase of growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Infrastructure, has acquired a controlling interest in Northern Biogas, a Morgantown, West Virginia–based waste-to-renewable natural gas company that develops, builds, owns and operates anaerobic digester and RNG facilities. The investment will support Northern Biogas’ development pipeline of dairy, landfill and food-waste RNG projects across the U.S. as the company scales its construction, operations and service capabilities.
