Best Trash Acquires Pelican Waste & Debris

Best Trash, a Richmond, Texas-based municipal solid waste platform, has acquired Pelican Waste & Debris, a Southern Louisiana and Mississippi residential and commercial hauling provider. The deal expands Best Trash's footprint beyond Texas into Louisiana and Mississippi and adds roll-off and construction debris services; Pelican founders Roddie Matherne and Corey Callais will retain an ownership stake in the combined company.

H.I.G. Infrastructure (H.I.G. Capital) Acquires Best Trash from Amberjack Capital Partners

H.I.G. Infrastructure, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has completed the acquisition of Best Trash, LLC, a Richmond, Texas–based municipal solid waste and residential recycling platform. The transaction represents an exit for Amberjack Capital Partners, and H.I.G. said it will support Best Trash's next phase of growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Cards Holdings Acquires Harrah Disposal and Stacy's Trash Service

Cards Holdings LLC, based in Springdale, Arkansas, acquired Harrah Disposal (Harrah, Oklahoma) and Stacy's Trash Service (Tahlequah, Oklahoma). The purchases expand Cards' residential, commercial and municipal waste collection services across central and eastern Oklahoma and add roughly 5,000 customers to its network.

Ally Waste Services Acquires WeDoTrash

Waste Connections Acquires ACT Disposal, LLC

Trash Butler Acquires WellKept

Trash Butler, a Tampa-based doorstep trash and recycling valet provider, acquired WellKept, a multifamily property services firm, to strengthen its position as the second-largest doorstep waste provider in the U.S. The prior owners of WellKept retain a material ownership stake in Trash Butler and will support business development and operations; terms were not disclosed.
