GoStudent Acquires Studienkreis from IK Partners

GoStudent, the Vienna-based EdTech unicorn, has acquired Studienkreis, Germany's leading centre-based tutoring provider, from private equity firm IK Partners. The deal creates a hybrid, omnichannel tutoring platform combining GoStudent's online capabilities with Studienkreis's 1,000+ physical learning centres to broaden product offerings and accelerate growth across the DACH region.
