Kingspan Group Acquires IB Roof Systems

Kingspan Group has agreed to acquire IB Roof Systems, a U.S. manufacturer of single-ply PVC roofing membranes and accessories founded in 1978 and led by Jason Stanley. The purchase gives Kingspan an immediate position in the U.S. single-ply PVC membrane market; Jason Stanley will remain in an operating role and retain a 10% stake.
