Digital Brand Architects (DBA), a United Talent Agency company, has acquired golf-focused marketing and talent management firm Digital Golf Collective (DGC). The deal brings DGC's creator roster and sports-focused marketing capabilities into DBA's influencer management platform, with DGC founders remaining in operational roles to help expand DBA's footprint in the sports and golf end market.

Cor Partners, the Atlanta-based parent company of insurance and forensic services businesses (backed by BW Forsyth Partners), has acquired DBI Construction Consultants, a New York–based provider of building and construction consulting and loss/damage measurement services.
