Moneypenny Acquires Alphapage

UK-based outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has acquired Alphapage, a Denver-based bilingual call management company, to strengthen and extend its US presence. Moneypenny, which is PE-backed by ECI Partners, said the deal follows its 2020 VoiceNation acquisition and will further grow its US revenue contribution as part of a wider international expansion strategy.
