Apple Inc. Acquires IC Mask Design Limited

Apple Inc. has acquired IC Mask Design Limited (ICMD), an Irish firm that provides physical layout design services for analog integrated circuits and related training. The EU Digital Markets Act listing says Apple will acquire the entire issued share capital and hire certain employees; IC Mask Design is headquartered in Limerick, Ireland and the deal appears to have taken place around mid-2025.
