The ICAPE Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the Japanese NTW Group. NTW, a distributor of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in Asia, will expand ICAPE's footprint and service offering across the Asian market.

ICAPE Group Acquires LUSODABEL

ICAPE Group has acquired 100% of LUSODABEL, a Portuguese supplier of prototype, pre-series and series printed circuit boards, strengthening ICAPE's presence in the Iberian Peninsula. LUSODABEL — founded in 1996 and reporting 2021 net sales of over €6.1 million and an EBIT of about €1.2 million — will operate as ICAPE Lusodabel with its seven employees supporting ICAPE Ibérica.

ICAPE Group Acquires MON PRINT

ICAPE Holding (ICAPE Group) has acquired 100% of MON PRINT, a Danish supplier of printed circuit board (PCB) solutions founded in 1965. The acquisition (purchase price €0.7 million) expands ICAPE’s presence in Denmark and Northern Europe and will integrate MON PRINT into the ICAPE Group platform to broaden services and geographic proximity to industrial customers.

Renesas Electronics Corporation Acquires Altium Limited

Renesas Electronics Corporation has completed its acquisition of Altium Limited, a leading PCB design software and cloud-platform provider, via a Scheme of Arrangement under Australian law. The all-cash transaction values Altium at approximately A$9.1 billion and brings Altium’s Altium 365 cloud capabilities into Renesas to accelerate a system-level electronics design and lifecycle management platform and advance Renesas' digitalization strategy.

ICAPE Group Acquires Operating Assets of PCB Solutions, Ustek Incorporated and Nujay Technologies

ICAPE Group has acquired the operating assets of three U.S.-based PCB-trading companies — PCB Solutions, Ustek Incorporated and Nujay Technologies Inc. The asset purchases (100% cash) add over 180 North American customers across medical, automotive and other industrial end markets and will be integrated into ICAPE USA and CIPEM USA to strengthen the Group’s U.S. footprint and local distribution channels.

Alera Group Acquires Alper Services LLC

Alera Group acquired Alper Services LLC effective August 1, 2020, expanding Alera's presence in Chicago and the Midwest. Alper Services — a Chicago-area insurance broker focused on property & casualty, trade credit, employee benefits and claims services — will join Alera through GCG Financial and continue serving clients in their existing roles; terms were not disclosed.
