Renesas Electronics Corporation has completed its acquisition of Altium Limited, a leading PCB design software and cloud-platform provider, via a Scheme of Arrangement under Australian law. The all-cash transaction values Altium at approximately A$9.1 billion and brings Altium’s Altium 365 cloud capabilities into Renesas to accelerate a system-level electronics design and lifecycle management platform and advance Renesas' digitalization strategy.
