Kymera International Acquires Thermal Spray Solutions, Inc.

Kymera International has acquired substantially all assets of Thermal Spray Solutions, Inc., a Chesapeake, Virginia-based thermal spray coatings provider that serves the U.S. Navy, shipbuilding and industrial customers. The deal expands Kymera’s surface technologies and specialty coatings capabilities and is the seventh acquisition completed by Kymera under Palladium Equity Partners’ ownership. Terms were not disclosed.
