Ingersoll Rand Inc. acquired Houdstermaatschappij Jorc B.V. ("Jorc"), a Netherlands-based manufacturer of condensate management products, for an all-cash purchase price of €27 million. Jorc — which reported approximately €13 million in 2021 sales and operates facilities in the Netherlands, the United States and Slovenia — will join Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technologies and Services segment to expand condensate-management and energy-saving capabilities.
