AddSecure has acquired the iZafe Security business unit (iZafe AB) from iZafe Group AB and will integrate it into its Smart Rescue offering to strengthen its position as a leading provider of personal safety and lone-worker solutions in Sweden. iZafe Group will retain its Healthcare business unit and transition to a pure Life Science company.

AddSecure Acquires Stella Safety Phone Business Unit from Stella Kotipalvelut Oy

AddSecure, a Sweden-headquartered provider of secure critical communications, has agreed to acquire the Stella Safety Phone business unit from Finnish provider Stella Kotipalvelut Oy; the deal was expected to close by the end of January 2020. The acquisition brings AddSecure into the telecare / smart care market, adding a certified alarm receiving center and products serving ~52,000 end-customers across more than 200 Finnish municipalities; AddSecure is majority-owned by Castik Capital, which backs the transaction.

AddSecure Acquires Swiss Telematics Provider LOSTnFOUND

AddSecure, a Stockholm-based provider of secure IoT connectivity and majority-owned by funds managed by Castik Capital, has acquired Swiss telematics and fleet management provider LOSTnFOUND (fleet.tech). The deal expands AddSecure's footprint into Switzerland and Austria, strengthens its transport and logistics offering in the DACH region, and adds complementary telematics, tracking and sales/marketing capabilities to the group.

AddSecure, the Castik Capital-backed European provider of secure data and critical communications, has acquired Navkonzept GmbH, a German aftermarket telematics supplier of fleet management solutions. The deal strengthens AddSecure Smart Transport's presence in Germany, adds ~20,000 billable connections and increases the Smart Transport division's revenues as AddSecure integrates Navkonzept into its Smart Transport business.
