IK Investment Partners, through its IK Small Cap II Fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in You Sure Investments B.V. from Synergia Capital Partners. The Netherlands-based insurance distribution platform, which operates as a broker and Managing General Agent (MGA) serving over 60,000 customers with more than 130 employees, will partner with IK to pursue further consolidation and organic growth in the P&C insurance market.

IK Partners Acquires Minority Stake in A-SAFE

A-SAFE, a Yorkshire-based manufacturer of industrial polymer safety barrier systems with over 700 employees and customers in 50+ countries, will use the partnership to accelerate global expansion, product development and innovation; financial terms were not disclosed.

SK Capital Partners Acquires Isolatek International

IG&H, headquartered in Utrecht with ~350 employees and offices in Lisbon, Porto and Munich, provides consultancy, data analytics, low-code development and proprietary digital solutions for clients in pensions, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare; IK will support international expansion and M&A-driven consolidation.
