The deal expands LTG's mid-market learning and talent-management capabilities by adding Bridge's LMS, performance and engagement products and its ~80-person team and ~800 customers.

eLearning Brothers Acquires The Game Agency

The deal was supported by new equity from RLG Capital and Trinity Private Equity Group and a senior debt facility from KeyBank to fund the acquisition and further scale eLearning Brothers' product ecosystem.

3STEP Sports Acquires Hoop Group

Thoma Bravo will retain a minority interest; the deal is intended to accelerate Planview’s growth and expand its enterprise SaaS capabilities as it transitions leadership following CEO Greg Gilmore’s planned departure.
