Ceridian Acquires Assets of Clearview Logix and Paysa

Ceridian (Dayforce) acquired substantially all of the assets of Clearview Logix and certain intellectual property assets (including paysa.com) from Paysa to strengthen its benefits decision-support and compensation analytics capabilities. The deals add specialized analytics and machine-learning IP to Dayforce’s cloud HCM platform to improve benefits selection and compensation benchmarking for employers and employees. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CBIZ Acquires BeyondPay, Inc.

CBIZ, Inc. acquired substantially all the assets of BeyondPay, Inc., a Clinton, New Jersey-based full-service human capital management and payroll provider, effective December 1, 2020. The acquisition adds ~40 employees and ~$4.6 million in annual revenue to CBIZ's HR and payroll capabilities to accelerate growth in its Centrally HR practice.

Ceridian Acquires eloomi to Expand Dayforce Learning Capabilities

Ceridian has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eloomi, a Copenhagen- and Orlando-based learning experience platform, with the deal expected to close in Q1 2024 and funded from Ceridian’s existing cash balance. The acquisition will integrate eloomi’s LMS/LXP and AI-driven content capabilities into Ceridian’s Dayforce platform to expand learning, people development and extended-enterprise training offerings; eloomi was backed by the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Kennet Partners and Great Hill Partners.

Workday Acquires HiredScore

Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

CAVU Human Capital Management Acquires Silver State Payroll
