The acquisition, which closed on May 9, 2019, expands Phoenix's international presence and enhances its blending and distribution capabilities.

Turpaz Industries Acquires Flavors and Essences UK (F&E) from IFF for £22M

F&E, founded in 1998, employs about 50 people and reported £6.6 million revenue in the first half of 2024; Turpaz said the acquisition strengthens its European footprint and cross-selling capabilities.

NovaTaste Acquires McClancy Foods & Flavors
