Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) completed its all-cash acquisition of Juniper Networks for $40.00 per share (approximately $14 billion equity value), combining Juniper's AI-native networking capabilities with HPE's hybrid cloud and AI portfolio. The deal doubles HPE's networking business, is expected to be accretive to non-GAAP EPS in year one, and positions the combined company to deliver an end-to-end, AI-driven networking stack for enterprise, service provider, and cloud customers.
