Diligent Corporation has acquired Galvanize, a Vancouver-based provider of cloud governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software, in a deal reported at roughly $1 billion. The acquisition, together with Diligent's planned purchase of Steele Compliance, creates an integrated GRC offering that brings risk, compliance and audit insights into the boardroom and expands Diligent's capabilities and market reach.
