The assets — which generate roughly $100 million in annual revenue — include patient service centers and select customer contracts across the U.S. (excluding New York and New Jersey); BioReference Health will retain its oncology and urology diagnostic businesses and full operations in New York and New Jersey. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
