Lantronix Acquires Vecima Networks' Nero Global Tracking Industrial IoT Business

Lantronix has agreed to acquire the assets of Vecima Networks' industrial IoT (IIoT) business, including the Nero Global Tracking SaaS platform. The deal is expected to close in the near term, subject to customary conditions, and adds approximately $5.3 million in revenue (including $4.5 million ARR) and about 125,000 asset tags under management.
