LawnPRO Partners Acquires Gro-Masters

LawnPRO Partners, a residential lawn-care platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Savannah-based Gro-Masters. Gro-Masters, founded in 1987 and led by Lynn Tootle who will remain as President, provides lawn care treatment, exterior pest control and tree & shrub services; the deal expands LawnPRO's footprint into Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC and Myrtle Beach, SC as its eleventh acquisition (terms undisclosed).
