Learning Pool, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired True Office Learning, a New York–based adaptive compliance eLearning and behavioral intelligence provider. The deal expands Learning Pool's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) capabilities and bolsters its North American footprint by adding True Office's adaptive compliance technology and content.
