Legence Acquires AMA Group and Integrates It into CMTA

Legence, a Blackstone portfolio company, has acquired New York City–based engineering firm AMA Group from DC Capital Partners. AMA will be integrated into CMTA, Legence's largest MEP engineering platform, expanding Legence's capabilities in acoustics, lighting, immersive audio-visual design and strengthening its presence in New York City to support building decarbonization initiatives.
