Blackstone-backed Legence Corp. acquired Innovative Mechanical & Design, LLC (IMD), a Northern Colorado installation and service partner serving healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education, semiconductor, and hyperscaler organizations. Eight Quarter Advisors served as the sell-side transaction advisor to IMD, highlighting Legence’s platform to expand nationally and strengthen IMD’s fabrication and service/maintenance capabilities.
