Altaris-Backed Analogic Combines with Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions

Altaris-owned Analogic and Leidos agreed to combine Analogic with Leidos’ Security Enterprise Solutions (SES), Ports & Borders, and Industrial Automation businesses, creating a privately held security imaging and detection company under the Analogic brand. Leidos contributed approximately 1,500 employees and retained significant minority ownership; the combination was completed in October 2026.
