Endeavor Completes Acquisition of OpenBet from Light & Wonder for Approximately $800M

Endeavor Group Holdings has completed its acquisition of OpenBet from Light & Wonder for approximately $800 million in cash and stock consideration. OpenBet, a leading sports-betting platform and services provider with more than 1,000 employees, will join Endeavor's IMG ARENA to form a new Sports Data & Technology segment and expand Endeavor's capabilities in the sports betting ecosystem.
