Limerston Capital Acquires DigitalXRAID

Limerston Capital has added DigitalXRAID, an award-winning UK managed security services provider (MSSP), to its cybersecurity platform as an add-on acquisition. The deal expands the group's SOC, managed services, digital forensics and incident response capabilities and follows Limerston's May acquisition of CyberCrowd as part of a buy-and-build strategy to create a leading UK cyber security group.
