Boston-based private equity firm Lineage Capital formed a partnership with Syracuse Glass Co., taking an ownership stake while the Dwyer family retains significant ownership and John Dwyer remains CEO. The investment will support growth initiatives and enable a gradual succession/transition plan for the 110-year-old fabricator.
