The deal, finalized June 4, 2024, will have StorageAuctions.com operate as a division of Storable and is intended to streamline auction workflows and improve unit recovery and re-rental efficiency.

(NASDAQ: LQDT) has acquired Sierra Auction, a Phoenix-based full-service auctioneer that sells vehicles, equipment and surplus assets for government agencies, commercial businesses and charities. The acquisition expands Liquidity Services' presence in the southwestern U.S., increases its transportation and used-equipment footprint, and enhances its pre- and post-sale logistics and buyer network while retaining Sierra's management and employees.

Smart Adserver Acquires LiquidM

France-based ad server and supply-side platform Smart Adserver has acquired demand-side platform LiquidM in an all-cash deal; financial terms were not disclosed. LiquidM, a Berlin-founded DSP with about 23 employees and on track for roughly €10 million in gross revenue this year, will give Smart Adserver buy-side visibility and enable full log-level detail across the ad stack. The acquisition is intended to bring buy- and sell-side capabilities closer together and strengthen Smart Adserver's product offering in programmatic advertising.

Auction Mobility Acquires Paid Labs
