LIXTE Biotechnology Holdings to Acquire NOMAD Transportable Power Systems

LIXTE Biotechnology Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIXT) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of NOMAD Transportable Power Systems, Inc. (NOMAD). Upon closing (expected around July 1, 2026), LIXTE plans to be renamed NOMAD Power Solutions and reposition as a deployable, utility-grade battery energy storage company.
