Lyten Acquires Northvolt Dwa ESS Battery Energy Storage Systems Operation

Lyten announced it will acquire Northvolt’s Dwa ESS operations in Gdansk, Poland—a 25,000 square meter battery energy storage systems (BESS) manufacturing and R&D facility. Lyten plans to restart production in Poland and expand its BESS product line, aiming to accelerate lithium-sulfur battery expansion into Europe and provide manufacturing capacity for the growing BESS market.
