LKCM Headwater Investments Take Distribution Solutions Group Private for $35 Per Share

Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (DSG) entered into a definitive merger agreement to be taken private by newly formed entities controlled by LKCM Headwater Investments for $35.00 per share in cash. LKCM Headwater and its affiliates already own about 79% of DSG, and the remaining shares will be acquired subject to customary closing conditions including minority shareholder approval.
