Locafy Limited (Nasdaq: LCFY) has acquired Jimmy Kelley Digital, an Austin-based SEO and e-commerce marketing firm led by Jimmy Kelley. The acquisition brings Kelley's technology and expertise into Locafy's SaaS local-search offering, and Kelley will join Locafy as Global Head of Search Technology.
