Loomis Acquires Hermes Transportes Blindados

Loomis agreed to acquire up to 100% of Peruvian cash and valuables management company Hermes Transportes Blindados through a public tender offer, with CVC Capital Partners and other shareholders representing 99.49% of shares undertaking to support the offer. Loomis completed the acquisition of 99.80% of Hermes on October 5, 2026, for approximately USD 297 million.
