(TSXV: LPC), through its wholly owned subsidiary Bellwether Investment Management Inc., has acquired 100% of the outstanding securities of 1001273791 Ontario Ltd., a practice holding approximately $40 million in assets under management. The seller, advisor Gordon (Gord) Archer, will become a Bellwether employee; the purchase price is CAD 1,300,000 paid with a specified installment schedule tied to trailing revenue.
