Lovett Care, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital's H.I.G. Realty, has completed the acquisition of Cheshire-based New Care. The combined group will operate 31 care homes (2,148 beds), strengthening Lovett Care's position in the U.K. elderly care market and expanding its presence in the Midlands.
