LRS Acquires AirFresh Industries and JL Hurt to Expand LRS Portables

LRS acquired Stillwater, Minnesota-based AirFresh Industries and Warsaw, Indiana-based JL Hurt as tuck-in additions to its LRS Portables line, expanding scale in the Twin Cities and northern Indiana markets. Founders Kelly and Tim Thommes (AirFresh) and Justin Hurt (JL Hurt) have joined LRS in senior operations roles; financial terms were not disclosed.
