Netigate, a European experience-management SaaS provider, has acquired Lumoa, a Helsinki-based customer experience platform that offers Generative AI capabilities. The deal combines the companies' product portfolios and customer bases (together serving over 1,500 customers) to expand Netigate's CX/EX analytics and AI capabilities while keeping data processing compliant with EU regulations.

Lumine Group to Acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc
