The acquisition (OLS's second in eastern Pennsylvania) expands OLS's mid-Atlantic footprint and creates operational synergies with its nearby Woodward Landscape Supply location in Phoenixville.

MidOcean Partners Acquires LYNX Franchising

MidOcean intends to accelerate LYNX’s growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A; financial terms were not disclosed. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had owned LYNX since 2016.
