Manna Pro Products Acquires Promika, LLC Pet Brands

Manna Pro Products, a St. Louis-based manufacturer and marketer of pet care and nutrition, has acquired Promika, LLC Pet Brands, a maker/distributor of affordable flea and tick solutions (brands include ZoGuard, Adventure Plus, Salvo and ShieldTec). The acquisition expands Manna Pro's portfolio and strengthens its leadership in the flea and tick segment of companion pet care; Manna Pro is PE-backed by investment vehicles managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
