March Networks Merges With VIVOTEK Branded Video Security Business

March Networks and VIVOTEK announced a merger of VIVOTEK’s branded business (OBM) with March Networks to create a broader, end-to-end AI video surveillance portfolio across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. The deal is expected to close in mid-April, after Delta Electronics completes its purchase of the remaining VIVOTEK shares it does not already own.
