The acquisition (along with Betterfront) will form the foundation of iAltA’s iAltA Private Markets solution to expand payments, investor onboarding and fund lifecycle capabilities.

Veritex Holdings Acquires North Avenue Capital

Veritex Holdings, Inc. will acquire North Avenue Capital, LLC via a newly formed subsidiary of Veritex Community Bank, making NAC a wholly owned subsidiary focused on USDA B&I lending. Veritex will pay $57.5 million in cash (with a potential $5 million earnout) and expects the deal to close in Q4 2021 to expand its USDA lending capabilities and leverage NAC's loan sourcing technology.

Converge Technology Solutions Acquires Vivvo Application Studios

Converge Technology Solutions Corp. completed the acquisition of Vivvo Application Studios Ltd., a Canadian developer of an identity-management-as-a-service (IDMAAS) platform, to accelerate and integrate Vivvo’s capabilities into Converge’s TrustBuilder digital identity solution. The deal expands Converge’s product capabilities in digital identity and privacy and strengthens its presence in the Gatineau innovation ecosystem and public-sector digital services.
