Marsh McLennan Agency to Acquire TriBridge Partners

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) has reached an agreement to acquire TriBridge Partners, an independent benefits broker and retirement and wealth advisor headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. The acquisition is intended to strengthen MMA’s Mid-Atlantic practice by adding group health, benefits, wealth advisory, and individual insurance expertise to its existing property and casualty capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2026 subject to customary conditions.
