Matrix Imaging Solutions Acquires ClassicPlus and Throttle (Lakelet Capital Portfolio Add-ons)

Matrix Imaging Solutions, a portfolio company of Lakelet Capital, has acquired Frederick, Maryland–based ClassicPlus and Throttle. The add-on deals expand Matrix’s customer experience management (CXM) capabilities by adding omni-channel SMS and digital touchpoints, enhanced printing and mailing execution, and two proprietary product lines (Throttle and NextGeneration).
