McKesson Acquires Controlling Interest in PRISM Vision Holdings

McKesson Corporation completed the acquisition of an approximate 80% controlling interest in PRISM Vision Holdings, LLC for about $850 million. PRISM physicians will retain an approximate 20% interest, and PRISM Vision will be consolidated within McKesson’s U.S. Pharmaceutical segment.
