McKinney Acquires August United and Tailwind from Audacious Studios

McKinney has acquired August United, a top-10 influencer marketing agency, and Tailwind, the performance media arm of Audacious Studios, to bolster its influencer, social and performance marketing capabilities. The deal adds roughly 60 employees, expands McKinney’s presence with a Phoenix office, and strengthens its integrated offering under a single management team and P&L.
