MD Esthetics Acquires Joli Medical Spa

MD Esthetics, a New Harbor Capital portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Joli Medical Spa, a Marshfield, Massachusetts-based medical spa founded by Kristen MacNeil. The transaction is an add-on that expands MD Esthetics' geographic footprint across the Boston and Cape Cod markets and brings Joli's seven licensed injectors and aestheticians onto the MD Esthetics platform.
