MDI NetworX Acquires Cobalt MedPlans from Cobalt Health Solutions

MDI NetworX has acquired Cobalt MedPlans (Clarity Performance Solutions) from Cobalt Health Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City.
